Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund terms for web development services provided by Stephen J. Bridgett.

Deposits

The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days.

Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover work completed to that point. No additional charges will apply beyond the deposit unless work completed exceeds the deposit value.

Completed Projects

Once a site has launched and the final payment has been received, no refunds will be issued. All design and functionality is reviewed and approved by the client before launch.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your project, please contact sjb@stephenjbridgett.com before requesting a refund. Most concerns can be resolved through the standard revision process.
