Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the web development services provided by Stephen J. Bridgett to clients.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of service agreement before work begins. The remaining balance is due over the following two years of site management. Larger update requests beyond standard maintenance are billed at $50 per hour.

Maintenance

All packages include two years of ongoing maintenance from the launch date. After two years, a monthly fee applies to continue maintenance. Sites not renewed after two years will be taken offline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in asset delivery will result in corresponding delays to project completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all content and design assets specific to their project. Stephen retains the right to display completed work in his portfolio.
